Kai pieces are varnished multiple times to make them water-resistant. However, the clay in itself is not water-proof. Please take it off if you're involved in any activity which could wet, scratch or damage it.

Store away from sunlight, excessive heat or damp conditions.

Store in the pouch provided in a 'Kai only' accessory box. Avoid placing it under heavy items.

Shipping: Since our pieces are made to order, this item will be shipped within 5-10 working days.

Exchange and Returns: Given the nature of our products, we do not offer cancellation, exchange or refund. We will be happy to offer replacements if the product you receive is damaged at the time of delivery.

Domestic Delivery: The package will be delivered within 2-10 business days depending on the location.

International Delivery: The package will be delivered within 10-30 business days depending on the location.

All our pieces are packed in upcycled cloth packages, newspaper, and recycled bubble wrap which we hope you will appreciate. For large order quantities, we may reuse boxes which we receive.
